摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线配合拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:2020年4月-2021年4月收治单纯性肥胖患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。试验组采用穴位埋线配合拔罐治疗;对照组单纯给予拔罐治疗。记录两组患者治疗前后体重数值变化以及体重指数(BMI)变化,综合分析对比两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后体重及BMI水平均低于治疗前,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖,具有明显的临床疗效,可有改善患者体重及BMI,值得临床应用推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2021,60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping;The control group was treated with cupping alone.The changes of body weight and body mass index(BMI)in patients of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were comprehensively analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The body weight and BMI of the two groups after treatment were averagely lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping in the treatment of simple obesity has obvious clinical efficacy,can improve patients'body weight and BMI,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
