基于光伏系统可靠性的组件与逆变器最优容配比研究 被引量:16

RESEARCH ON OPTIMAL CAPACITY RATIO OF MODULE AND INVERTER BASED ON RELIABILITY OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

摘要 通过分析代表地区的环境温度、辐照度与逆变器元器件工作温度的关系,结合逆变器寿命对容配比设计的影响模型研究,建立光伏逆变器元件失效概率的计算方法。在此基础上研究分析辐照度分布、发电量超配损失、逆变器初始成本、逆变器失效与可靠性对容配比综合影响模型,基于光伏系统生命周期内综合度电成本最佳原则,最优化设计光伏组件与逆变器最优容配比,并选择常州地区进行分布式光伏系统案例分析。在考虑逆变器失效概率和寿命的条件下,常州地区的容配比在1.44时综合经济性最优,为分布式光伏系统的精细化设计提供参考。 By analyzing the relationship between the ambient temperature,radiation intensity and the operating temperature of the inverter components in the representative region,combined with the model study of the impact of the inverter life on the capacity ratio design,a calculation method for the failure probability of photovoltaic inverter components is established. On this basis,we study and analyze the comprehensive influence model of radiation intensity distribution,power generation over-allocation loss,inverter initial cost,inverter failure and reliability on capacity ratio. Based on the best comprehensive cost per kilowatt-hour in the life cycle of the photovoltaic system principles,the optimal ratio of photovoltaic modules and inverters was obtained. Taking Changzhou,as the case analysis of distributed photovoltaic systems,and considering the failure probability and lifespan of the inverter,it is found that the optional capacity ratio of Changzhou area is 1.44 which the comprehensive economy is the best. This conclusion provides a reference for the fine design of distributed photovoltaic systems.
