摘要
异型增生是胃癌前病变,"癌毒"与瘀、热、寒、湿、痰等邪胶结,与内虚之因相合而使疾病进一步发展、演变,张声生教授主张和解祛毒以协调阴阳为治疗大法,和解常以调肝理脾,融补消结合、气血同调、寒热并用、燥湿相济、升降气机等法以协调阴阳,祛毒、破血、破肝、散肝、软坚、消积、芳透、化浊、豁痰、通络、温通等法,疏郁散结通滞,开通道路,以利于"拔"毒而出,剔"毒"而去,以期截断癌变甚或逆转异型增生。
Atypical hyperplasia is a precancerous lesion of the stomach,"cancer toxin" is cementing with pathogenic factors such as blood stasis,heat,cold,dampness and phlegm,and the combination with internal deficiency causes further development and evolution of the disease.Professor Zhang Shengsheng advocates reconciliation and remove poison to adjusting the balance of yin and yang.Reconciliation with the main body to coordinate the liver and spleen,and combines the combination of tonifying and eliminating qi,co-adjusting with qi and blood,using cold and heat,dampness and qi,lifting air machine to coordinate yin and yang,scorpion venom must break the stagnation,break the blood,break the liver,disperse the liver,soften,eliminate the accumulation,Fangtou,turbidity,phlegm,dredging collaterals,warmly dredging and other methods,resolving masses,stagnation,open the channel,in order to facilitate the poison comes out,and the"poison" is removed,in order to cut off the cancer,or even reverse the atypical hyperplasia.
