摘要
为实现无绝缘轨道电路(JTC)补偿电容在不同运行状态下的检测分析,针对其轨道电路读取器(TCR)的感应电压幅值包络曲线呈现非周期性变化,提出改进多尺度排列熵及模糊聚类分析的JTC补偿电容状态检测算法。采用集合经验模态分解(EEMD)进行频域分析,并提取包络曲线的细节分量。为表征具有不同频率特性的分解分量特征信息,利用改进多尺度排列熵计算其熵值,并构成对应包络曲线的特征向量。以补偿电容在不同状态下的特征向量建立初始模糊矩阵,结合模糊聚类分析算法形成动态聚类图,从而实现JTC补偿电容状态检测。通过实例进行验证,结果表明:该算法能够实现补偿电容在不同故障模式下的100%状态检测,同时适用于小样本分析,具有结构简单、不需要提前训练等优势。
In order to accomplish the detection and analysis of the jointless track circuit(JTC) compensation capacitor under different operating conditions, the non-periodic changes of the track circuit reader(TCR) induced voltage amplitude envelope curve were targeted, a JTC compensation capacitor state detection algorithm was proposed to improve multi-scale permutation entropy and fuzzy clustering analysis. The ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) was used for frequency-domain analysis, and then the detailed components of the envelope curve were extracted. To characterize the featuring information of the decomposition components with different frequency characteristics, the entropy value was calculated by the improved multi-scale permutation entropy, and the characteristic vector of the corresponding envelope curve was constructed. The initial fuzzy matrix was established based on the eigenvectors of the compensation capacitor in different states, and the fuzzy clustering analysis algorithm was combined to form a dynamic clustering graph, thereby realizing the state detection of the JTC compensation capacitor. The results, which were verified through examples, show that the algorithm can realize 100% state detection of the compensation capacitor under different failure modes, and the algorithm is suitable for small sample analysis. It has the advantages of simple structure without the need to train in advance.
