摘要
黄芪(Astragalus licentianus)是名贵的中药材植物,富含皂苷、多糖和蛋白质等多种活性物质,其中以黄芪多糖的应用最为广泛。黄芪多糖的不同工艺提取效率参差不齐,对黄芪多糖生产中常用的提取工艺进行了综述,比较了不同方法的提取效率及优缺点,进一步明确了高效的黄芪多糖提取方案,为黄芪多糖的提取效率再提升和工业化推广提供参考。
Astragalus licentianus is a valuable Chinese medicine plant,which contains saponin,polysaccharide(APS),proteins and other active substances.Among these compounds,APS with important medicinal functions was the most widely used.Currently,several methods have been used in extracting APS during industrial production.But the efficiency of these methods was varied.The currently methods used in APS extraction are reviewed,the extraction efficiency and advantage are compared,and the high efficiency APS extraction method is elucidated.Which can give some references in improving APS extraction efficiency and broad application in industrial production.
