日粮添加不同水平蛋壳粉对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官重量及肉品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of dietary supplementation of different levels of eggshell meal on growth performance,tissue and organ weight and meat quality of broilers

摘要 试验旨在考察日粮添加不同水平蛋壳粉对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官重量及肉品质的影响。将768只体重接近的1 d肉鸡随机分为3个组,每组8个重复,每个重复32只。在整个为期42 d的饲养试验中,各组分别蛋壳粉添加水平为0%、5%和10%的玉米型日粮。结果表明:5%蛋壳粉组21 d肉鸡体重、22-42 d平均日增重较对照组分别显著提高了1.28%和2.06%(P <0.05),同时5%蛋壳粉组22-42 d肉鸡饲料报酬较对照组和10%蛋壳粉组均显著提高了3.77%(P <0.05)。5%和10%蛋壳粉组肉鸡血清GSH-Px活性较对照组分别显著提高了7.20%和5.99%(P <0.05),但5%蛋壳粉组血清丙二醛浓度较对照组显著降低了26.85%(P <0.05)。对照组肉鸡肝脏相对重量显著高于5%和10%蛋壳粉组(P <0.05),但胸腺相对重量显著降低(P <0.05)。10%蛋壳粉组肌肉pH45min较对照组显著降低了1.44%(P <0.05),同时5%蛋壳粉组肌肉系水力较对照组显著提高了6.41%(P <0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,日粮添加5-10%蛋壳粉可以提高肉鸡血清抗氧化指标和胸腺相对重量,降低肝脏相对重量,但综合考虑生长性能和肉品质,日粮中蛋壳粉的适宜添加水平为5%。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of eggshell meal supplementation on growth performance,tissue and organ weight and meat quality of broilers. A total of 768 1-day broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 32 broilers per replicate. During the whole 42 d feeding experiment,eggshell meal supplementation levels were 0%,5% and 10% of corn-type diet,respectively. Results :Compared with the control group,the body weight of broilers at 22 d and the average daily gain at 22-42 d in 5% eggshell meal group were significantly increased by 1.28% and 2.06%(P < 0.05),respectively,and the feed return of broilers at 22-42 d in 5% eggshell meal group was significantly increased by 3.77%(P < 0.05) compared with the control group and 10% eggshell meal group. Compared with the control group,the serum GSH-Px activity of broilers in 5% and 10% eggshell meal groups was significantly increased by 7.20% and 5.99%(P < 0.05),respectively,but the serum malondialdehyde concentration in 5% eggshell meal group was significantly decreased by 26.85%(P < 0.05). The relative weight of liver of broilers in control group was significantly higher than that in 5% and 10% eggshell meal groups(P < 0.05),but the relative weight of thymus of broilers in control group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the muscle pH45 min in 10% eggshell powder group was significantly decreased by 1.44%(P < 0.05),and the muscle system hydraulic power in 5% eggshell powder group was significantly increased by 6.41%(P < 0.05). Conclusions :In this experiment,the supplementation of 5-10% eggshell meal instead of corn can increase the serum antioxidant indexes and thymus relative weight,and reduce the liver relative weight of broilers,but considering the growth performance and meat quality,the appropriate supplemental level of eggshell meal in the diet is 5%.
