摘要
美、英、日等主要国家自2018年起普遍开始全面加强物联网安全管理。文章梳理这些国家改善物联网安全的举措,多项法律政策的出台表明物联网安全监管的重要性和紧迫性。我国目前物联网安全管理专门性法律缺位,仅物联网整体发展规划中提及安全要求。文章借鉴美英日物联网安全管理实践,结合物联网安全现状,我国应高度重视物联网安全,采取认证、测试等具体性举措,增强政策的可实施性。
Since 2018, major countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan have begun to comprehensively strengthen the security management of IoT. This paper reviews the measures taken by the United States,the United Kingdom, Japan to improve IoT security. The promulgation of multiple laws and policies shows the importance and urgency of IoT security supervision. At present, there is no specific law on IoT security management in China, and only a few security requirements are mentioned in the overall development plan of IoT. Referring to IoT security management practices of the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, combined with the current status of IoT security, China should attach importance to IoT security and adopt specific measures such as certification and testing to enhance the implementability of policies.
