摘要
为提高运动训练专业本科运动生物化学课程教学质量,采用新的教学内容体系进行教学实验,文章选取广州体育学院运动训练专业学生为研究对象并实施8周(32学时)的创新教学模式研究,其中对照班的学生采用传统的教学方法,实验班则采用“理论与实践结合”的教学模式,教学结束后进行问卷调查及闭卷理论考试,并对调查问卷结果及考试成绩进行统计学处理分析。经过8周的教学发现实验班学生对于运动生物化学课程的学习积极性显著高于对照班学生(P<0.05),而对于知识内容的理解两个班学生无显著性差异(P>0.05),但实验班期末理论考试成绩显著高于对照班(P<0.05)。实验教学显示,“理论与实践结合”的创新教学模式有助于加深学生对知识的理解、运用,学生学习的积极性、主动性均有不同程度的提高。
In order to improve the teaching quality of sports biochemistry course for undergraduates majoring in sports training,a new teaching content system was adopted to conduct teaching experiments.In this paper,students majoring in sports training in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as the research objects and an eight-week(32 class hours)innovative teaching mode was carried out.The control class adopts the traditional teaching method,while the experimental class adopts the teaching mode of"combining theory with practice".After the end of the teaching,the questionnaire survey and closed-book theory examination were conducted,and the questionnaire and examination results were statistically analyzed.After 8 weeks of teaching,it was found that students in the experimental class had higher learning enthusiasm for sports biochemistry than those in the control class(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the understanding of knowledge content between the two classes(P>0.05).However,the results of the experimental class were significantly higher than the control class(P<0.05).Experimental teaching shows that the innovative teaching mode of"combining theory with practice"is helpful to deepen students'understanding and application of knowledge,and students'learning enthusiasm and initiative are improved to different degrees.
