摘要
氢燃料电池汽车的市场前景广阔,氢气气瓶是氢燃料电池汽车供应系统的重要部件,开展定期检验是保障气瓶使用安全的主要方式。针对目前法规要求的检验方法无法有效应用于车用压缩氢气气瓶检验的现状,通过对相关标准进行的对比分析和替代试验研究,验证了射线数字成像检测技术用于氢气气瓶检测的可行性,指出进行车用压缩氢气气瓶射线数字成像在线检测装置的研究是后续研究的方向。
Hydrogen fuel cell motor vehicle will have a broad prospect in application,hydrogen storage cylinders are the important parts of hydrogen fuel cell motor vehicle,and periodical inspection is the main way to ensure the safety of cylinders.But the inspection methods required by current regulations cannot be effectively used in hydrogen storage cylinders inspection.Through the comparative analysis of relevant standards and alternative test research,the feasibility of digital radiography detection method for hydrogen storage cylinders is verified,and that the next research direction is to investigate online detection device for hydrogen storage cylinders is pointed out.
