摘要
采用Deform-3D有限元模拟软件,研究120°模具下1060铝合金室温多道次ECAP变形行为,并在自行设计的ECAP模具上进行实验验证,研究变形后材料组织性能变化规律。结果表明,ECAP变形过程中,坯料在转角处发生剧烈塑性剪切变形,材料经1道次变形后内部形成稳定均匀变形区域,累积应变量约为0.613。随着挤压道次的增加,累积应变量不断增大,2道次后挤压载荷逐渐趋于饱和,变形也更加均匀。4道次变形后,材料内部累积应变高达2.628,晶粒发生明显的细化和破碎,晶界变得模糊不清;1060铝合金显微硬度由原始退火态30.42 HV增加至54.50 HV,增幅高达79.2%,力学性能得到大幅提升。
The Deform-3 D finite element simulation software has been used to study the Emulti-pass CAP deformation behavior of 1060 aluminum alloy at room temperature under a 120° die, and conduct experimental verification on the self-designed ECAP die, while the change law in the structure and properties of the material after deformation has been studied. The results show that during the ECAP deformation process,the blank undergoes severe plastic shear deformation at the corners, and the material forms a stable and uniform deformation area after one pass of deformation, while the cumulative strain is about 0.613. As the number of extrusion passes increases, the cumulative strain increases. After two passes, the extrusion load gradually becomes saturated and the deformation becomes more uniform. After four passes of deformation, the accumulated strain inside the material is as high as 2.628, the grains are obviously refined and broken, and the grain boundaries become blurred;the micro-hardness of 1060 aluminum alloy increases from 30.42 HV in the original annealed state to 54.50 HV with an increase up to 79.2%. The mechanical properties have been greatly improved.
