摘要
为分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理中的应用,选取120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理,研究组行全程健康教育模式护理,对比护理情况。经护理,两组患者医疗知识掌握水平均得到了改善,研究组优于对照组;患者血糖值有所改善,且研究组更低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。全程健康教育模式有利于帮助患者实现对血糖指标的合理控制,对患者健康保障具有积极指导作用,值得进行临床推广普及。
In order to analyze the application of whole-course health education model in diabetes nursing intervention,the research selects 120 patients with diabetic as the research objects.They are randomly divided into two groups.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive nursing of whole-course health education model.Nursing situation of two groups is compared.After nursing,medical knowledge grasping level of two groups has been improved.That of research group is better than control group.Blood glucose level of patients has been improved,and that of research group is lower,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Whole-course health education model is in favor of the rational control of blood glucose of patients.It plays positive guidance role in patient health guarantee,and it is worth clinical promotion and popularization.
