摘要
研究目的:为研究大型钢管混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土箱梁节点性能,分别采用理论和数值的方法对节点受剪承载力进行分析。通过探讨该大型节点的受剪机理,揭示其受剪承载力主要由钢筋混凝土外环梁抗剪贡献、考虑钢管约束的内部混凝土的抗剪贡献和钢管抗剪贡献三部分组成。利用有限元OpenSees对该节点进行模拟分析,同时对钢管厚度和混凝土强度等因素进行参数化分析。研究结论:(1)通过有限元OpenSees对节点进行数值模拟,分析结果与理论公式计算结果吻合较好,进而验证有限元模拟的正确性;(2)通过对影响节点受剪承载力的钢管厚度和混凝土强度等因素进行参数化分析,建议在不提高用钢量的情况下,混凝土强度最高取为C60,同时在不改变混凝土强度条件下,钢管厚度不宜超过45 mm;(3)本研究成果可为高铁站房等桥建合一结构的节点构造设计提供借鉴和参考。
Research purposes:Taking a large joint between concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete box beam in a bridge-building integrated structure as the research object,the shear capacity of the joint is investigated theoretically and numerically.The shear mechanism analysis on the joint reveals that the shear capacity of the joint is divided into three parts,the shear contribution of the reinforced concrete on the outer ring beam,the contribution of the confined concrete in the steel tube and that of peripheral concrete improved by the steel tube.The finite element software OpenSees is used to simulate and analyze the joint behavior,and the parameters such as the thickness of steel tube and concrete strength are analyzed.Research conclusions:(1)The joint is numerically simulated by finite element software OpenSees,and the analysis results are in good agreement with the calculation results of the theoretical formula,so as to verify the correctness of the finite element simulation.(2)Through the parametric analysis of the factors affecting the shear bearing capacity of the joint,it is suggested that the maximum concrete strength is C60 without increasing the steel consumption,and the thickness of steel tube should not exceed 45 mm without changing the concrete strength.(3)The research results can be referred for the joint design in the bridge-liuilding integrated structures such as the high-speed railway stations.
