舰船设备用隔热涂料的制备及性能研究

摘要 针对各类舰船设备对隔热保温的需求,开展高性能隔热涂料研制,以硅酸钾无机树脂作为成膜物,以空心陶瓷微珠作为主要隔热功能填料,添加氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂,辅助以合适的补强纤维和功能助剂,制备出了一种耐温性能优异的隔热保温涂料。对涂层的常规性能进行了测试,测试结果表明涂层具有优异的耐盐雾、耐湿热以及防火性能;同时对涂层的施工性能以及隔热效果进行了评估,涂层的隔热效果突出同时具有优异的抗流挂性能。 In response to the needs of various types of ship equipment for thermal insulation,a high-performance thermal insulation coatings with excellent heat resistance was developed. Potassium silicate inorganic resin was used as the film-forming binder,hollow ceramic microspheres as the main thermal insulation functional filler and magnesium hydroxide as the flame retardant,assisted by suitable reinforcing fibers and functional additives. The conventional performance of the coatings was tested,and the results showed that the coatings presented excellent salt spray resistance,humidity and heat resistance,and fire retardance. At the same time,the application performance and thermal insulation effect of the coatings were evaluated,which indicating outstanding thermal insulation effect,as well as excellent anti-sagging performance.
