摘要
为研究滚筒工艺生产的钢渣粉对沥青混合料性能的影响,分别将钢渣粉按照体积比0%、50%、75%和100%替代沥青混合料中的矿粉,并对替代前后沥青混合料的性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在保证沥青混合料级配曲线和油石比不变的前提下,钢渣粉使沥青混合料膨胀性增加,VMA(矿料间隙率)和VV(空隙率)也增加;钢渣粉改善了沥青混合料的各项路用性能,对高温性能和水稳定性能的改善尤为显著;钢渣粉替代矿粉的比例越高,其对沥青混合料各项性能指标的影响越大。
The objective of this paper was to specify the influence of the utilization of steel slag powder as filler on the properties of HMA.First,a common AC13 mixture was designed with limestone and miner filler,then 0%,50%,75%,and 100%of the miner filler in the AC13 mixture was replaced by steel slag powder respectively according with the volume ratio.Keeping the asphalt content constant in this process.Then the property of AC was tested.The test results showed that the utilization of steel slag powder in common AC13 improved its pavement performances except the volume expansion property.That was,the AC13 using steel slag powder had a slightly larger expansion as well as percent voids in mineral aggregate(VMA)and percent voids volume(VV),while its other properties were better than that of common AC13,especially the rutting resistance property and water stability were significantly improved.The test results also showed that the higher the replacement ratio of steel slag powder,the greater the effect on the properties of the asphalt mixture.
