摘要
从现阶段机械装配来看,钳工艺是不可缺少的工艺,其集研磨、刮削、划线等基础技术于一体,成为一种机械装配中不可取代的技术。在缺少设备的条件下,利用钳工技术进行加工,并不失为一种行之有效的方法。本文就机械装配中钳工的操作技能展开论述,介绍钳工技术的特征、类型与要点,阐述钳工应具备的技能,最后重点阐述一种高效的反配加工技术,以期能为更多研究工作者提供有价值的借鉴。
From the point of view of mechanical assembly at the present stage,pliers technology is an indispensable process.It integrates basic technologies such as grinding,scraping and marking,and has become an irreplaceable technology in mechanical assembly.In the absence of equipment,using fitter technology for processing is an effective method.This paper discusses the operation skills of fitters in mechanical assembly,introduces the characteristics,types and key points of fitter technology,expounds the skills that fitters should have,and finally focuses on an efficient reverse matching processing technology,in order to provide valuable reference for more researchers.
