摘要
《大中华文库》是我国历史上首次全面系统地进行中国文化典籍外译的国家重大翻译出版工程。本文首先利用联机联合目录数据库(WorldCat)对《大中华文库》汉英对照版在美国图书馆的收藏情况进行统计排名,然后结合美国亚马逊图书网上的读者评价分析排名前十的作品在美国的传播情况和进入排名的全部作品的构成情况,最后总结其对中国文化典籍"走出去"的启示,以期为中国文化典籍的对外传播提供有益的借鉴。
Library of Chinese Classics is the first major national translation and publication project to comprehensively and systematically translate Chinese cultural classics.This paper firstly uses WorldCat to rank the collection of the Chinese-English edition of Library of Chinese Classics in American libraries,then analyzes the spread of the top 10 works in The United States and the composition of all the works in the list based on the reader evaluation on Amazon.cn,and finally summarizes the important enlightenment for the “going global” of Chinese cultural classics,aiming to provide beneficial reference for the overseas dissemination of Chinese cultural classics.
