摘要
杨佃会教授认为小儿面瘫主要病机在内为小儿禀赋不足、气血不充,在外为风邪侵袭面部。还应关注肝气郁结、神志失调对小儿面瘫病情发展和预后转归产生的影响。治疗时以针刺为主,综合灸法、耳穴压豆、拔罐、穴位注射等疗法灵活应用。坚持整体观念,重调脏腑,疏肝调神,以人为本。
Professor YANG Dianhui holds that the major disease mechanism of pediatric facial paralysis is that there are prenatal deficiency and insufficient qi and blood internally,and wind evils attacking face externally.In addition,attention should also be paid to the influence of liver qi stagnation and mental disorders on the development and prognosis of facial paralysis in children.The treatment mainly involves acupuncture,including moxibustion,ear points seed paste,cupping,acupoint injection and other therapies,which are often applied in combination and with flexibility.In the treatment,holism concept should be stuck on and regulating viscera should be emphasized to sooth liver and regulate mind with human oriented.
