摘要
目的研究炙甘草汤治疗冠心病PCI术后心律失常的疗效。方法回顾性分析铁岭市西丰县第一医院2018年5月—2019年10月治疗的50例冠心病PCI术后心律失常患者,以不同的治疗方法分为对照组(24例)和治疗组(26例)。对照组患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片、硫酸氢氯吡格雷、卡托普利片、阿托伐他汀片药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合炙甘草汤,28d为1个疗程周期,2组均进行2个疗程周期治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、LVEF、LVEDD和LVESD及血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、BNP水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者心悸、胸闷、乏力证候积分、LVEDD、LVESD水平以及血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、BNP水平均降低,且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组;而LVEF水平升高,且治疗组LVEF水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤可缓解冠心病PCI术后心律失常患者症状,改善心功能,调节炎症因子水平。
Objective To study the effect of Zhigancao decoction on arrhythmia of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with arrhythmia after PCI after coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were divided into control group(n=24) and treatment group(n=26).Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel bisulfate,captopril tablets,and atorvastatin tablets.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhigancao decoction on the basis of the control group,and 28 days is 1 course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment,Compare the TCM syndrome scores,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD,and serum TNF-α,hs-CRP,BNP levels before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with before treatment,palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue syndrome scores,LVEDD,LVESD levels and serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and BNP levels of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the above indicators of the treatment group are lower than the control group,and the LVEF level is elevated,and the LVEF level of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zhigancao decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of arrhythmia patients after PCI,improve cardiac function,and inhibit inflammatory response.
