摘要
新精神活性物质作为继传统毒品、合成毒品之后全球流行的第三代毒品,长期滥用不仅会严重损害人体健康,还会造成一定的社会问题。新精神活性物质自从在国内出现起,就逐渐在青少年群体中蔓延,已严重危及我国青少年的健康成长。针对其凸显出的新的滥用特征,运用Albert Bandura的社会学习理论关于行为习得的观点对一这现象进行剖析,并从事前预防角度来解决我国青少年滥用新精神活性物质问题。
As the third generation of drugs popular in the world after traditional drugs and synthetic drugs,the longterm abuse of new psychoactive substances(NPS)will not only seriously damage human health,but also cause certain social problems.Since the emergence of NPS in China,they have gradually spread among teenagers,which has seriously endangered the healthy growth of teenagers in China.In view of its prominent new abuse characteristics,this paper analyzes this phenomenon by using Albert Bandura’s social learning theory on behavior acquisition,and solves the problem of teenagers’abuse of new psychoactive substances from the perspective of pre prevention.
