摘要
目的:分析氨氯地平联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症合并高血压的效果。方法:以2020年1-10月确诊的70例高脂血症合并高血压患者作为研究对象,选用随机数字表法划分为对照组、观察组。对照组单用氨氯地平治疗;观察组应用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,对比分析对照组、观察组血压指标以及血脂水平等数值未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。采取治疗措施后,以对照组评估结果为参照,观察组收缩压及舒张压水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比评估对照组、观察组临床治疗有效率,组间数值对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高脂血症合并高血压治疗期间联合应用氨氯地平、他汀类药物效果确切,对于控制血压指标水平以及改善血脂水平具有积极意义,在临床上具有借鉴及推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of amlodipine combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with hypertension.Methods:70 patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension diagnosed from January to October 2020 were taken as the research objects,and the random number table was used to divide them into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with amlodipine alone;the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the control group and the observation group in blood pressure indicators and blood lipid levels(P>0.05).After the treatment measures were taken,with reference to the evaluation results of the control group,the observation group had lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group LDL-C(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol),TC(The levels of total cholesterol)and TG(triglycerides)were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of HDL-C(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol)were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and the observation group was compared and evaluated,and the difference in numerical comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of amlodipine and statins during the treatment of hyperlipidemia combined with hypertension has a definite effect.It has positive significance for controlling blood pressure index levels and improving blood lipid levels,and has clinical reference and promotion value.
