摘要
热轧过程中易产生轧辊热疲劳失效,这大大增加了生产成本且影响了产品质量。针对轧辊的热疲劳失效问题进行分析,重点就高铬钢、高铬铁材质轧辊的热疲劳性能的实验测试结果进行了对比研究,研究结果表明高铬钢轧辊比高铬铁轧辊具有更好的热疲劳性能,如热疲劳特征区间温度更高,宏观裂纹长度和深度更小,同时添加0.5%~1.0%的稀土元素也可提高热疲劳性能。以上研究对提升轧辊热疲劳性能的研究提供了有价值的参考,具有重要意义。
Thermal fatigue failure of roll is easy to occur in hot rolling process,which greatly increases production cost and affects product quality.In this paper,the thermal fatigue failure of roller is analyzed,and the experimental results of thermal fatigue performance of high chromium steel and high chromium iron roller are compared.The results show that high chromium steel rolls have better thermal fatigue performance than the high chromium iron rolls,such as higher temperature in thermal fatigue characteristic interval and smaller macroscopic crack length and depth.The addition of 0.5%~1.0%rare earth elements can also improve the thermal fatigue performance.The above research provides valuable reference for improving the thermal fatigue performance of rolls and has important significance.
