摘要
支管接头泄漏是影响核电厂正常运行的重要因素。为了分析核电厂重要管道支管接头泄漏的根本原因,为预防性维修提供支撑,分别对支管接头开展了声致振动高周疲劳分析、疲劳裂纹扩展分析、以及应力腐蚀开裂分析。结果表明应力腐蚀开裂是此类接头泄漏的最大风险因素,在下一检修间隔期内存在裂纹贯穿和泄漏的风险,为电厂对同类型支管接头更换和维修提供了理论支持。所开展的探索性研究也为分析类似形式支管泄露问题提供了有益借鉴。
The branch pipe joint leakage is an important factor affecting the normal operation of nuclear power plant.In order to analyze the causes of the key branch pipe joint leakage in nuclear power plant and provide support for the preventive maintenance,the acoustic-induced vibration high-cycle fatigue analysis,fatigue crack propagation analysis,stress corrosion cracking analysis are carried out for the branch pipe joint.The results show that the stress corrosion cracking is the most significant risk factor for this kind of branch joint leakage,and there is the risk of crack penetration and leakage in the next maintenance interval.The study provides theoretical support for the replacement and maintenance of the same type of branch pipe joint,and the exploratory research also provides useful reference for analysis of the similar forms of branch pipe leakage.
