打通安全管理工作“最后一公里”的策略分析探讨

摘要安全管理工作是企业在生产经营过程中的重要管理工作,为贯彻实施习近平总书记、李克强总理关于安全生产的重要指示批示精神,保证在生产过程的安全,必须从基层入手,全面提升项目所有参建人员的安全意识、责任感及安全能力,以最终达到提升项目安全管理能力的目的,对相关人员进行定期的安全教育培训。该文以基层项目安全管理“最后一公里”为主线,探讨目前安全管理工作的现状及改进策略。 Safety management is an important management work of enterprises in the process of production and operation.In order to carry out the important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Pre‐mier Li Keqiang,and ensure the safety in the production process,we must start from the grass-roots level to com‐prehensively improve the safety awareness,sense of responsibility and safety ability of all project participants,so as to finally improve the project safety management ability,and carry out regular safety education and training for relevant personnel.Taking the"last kilometer"of grass-roots project safety management as the main line,this paper discusses the current situation and improvement strategies of safety management.
