摘要
文章采用聚丙烯无纺布膜生物反应器处理模拟生活污水,考察了水处理效果,并研究了物理清洗方式下的无纺布膜清洗周期。聚丙烯无纺布膜生物反应器对SS、COD和氨氮去除效果良好,出水悬浮物含量低于10 mg/L,对COD去除率在87%~90%,对氨氮的去除率维持在91%~96%。简单的物理清洗就可以有效恢复无纺布膜的膜通量,膜清洗周期约为15天。
A polypropylene non-wovenmembrane bioreactor was used to treat simulated wastewater in this paper,where the treatment performance and cleaning cycle of the non-woven membrane using physical cleaning wereinvestigated.The results showed that the polypropylene non-woven membrane bioreactorcan remove suspended solid,COD and ammonia nitrogen to a satisfied extent.In the effluent,the suspended solid is less than 10 mg/L,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are 87%~90%and 91%~96%,respectively.The flux of the non-woven membrane could be recovered effectively using physical cleaning and the cleaning cycle is about 15 days.
