摘要
高校学生专业社团是大学生自发组织起来的群众性组织,在大学校园中扮演着重要的角色。培养应用型人才的本科院校应重视学生专业社团实践育人作用,通过引导和加强管理帮助学生专业社团发展,为培养应用型人才服务。本文以中华女子学院文化传播学院“CWU国际汉语教师志愿者”社团为例,探索培养应用型人才本科院校学生专业社团建设的途径,为专业社团下一步发展提供了思路和建议。
College student professional association is a mass organization organized by college students,which plays an important role in the university campus.Colleges and universities training application-oriented talents should pay attention to the role of practical education of student professional associations,help the development of student professional associations through guidance and management,and serve the training of application-oriented talents.This paper takes"CWU International Volunteer Chinese Teachers"association of Cultural Communication School of China Women's University as an example to explore the way to cultivate application-oriented talents for the construction of professional associations of undergraduate students,and provides ideas and suggestions for the development of professional associations in the next step.
