摘要
为了探究TC4钛合金的铣削性能与铣削参数优化问题,设计了正交铣削试验方案,获得了铣削参数即背吃刀量、侧吃刀量、主轴转速、进给速度对其铣削力、表面粗糙度、材料去除率的影响规律。将铣削力,表面粗糙度与材料去除率作为优化目标,建立了多目标优化模型,使用遗传算法进行求解,并通实际试验证明了该方法的可行性与可靠性。结果表明:各铣削参数对铣削力影响的主次顺序为:背吃刀量>侧吃刀量>主轴转速>进给速度;对表面粗糙度影响的主次顺序为:进给速度>侧吃刀量>背吃刀量>主轴转速;对材料去除率影响的主次顺序为:背吃刀量>侧吃刀量>进给速度>主轴转速。选取遗传算法所得部分参数组解集进行验证,发现所得结果与正交试验组相比,各项指标数值均在较优位置。
In order to investigate the milling performance and milling parameter optimization of TC4 titanium alloy,an orthogonal milling experiment scheme was designed,and the effects of milling parameters,such as back engagement,working engagement,speed of mainshaft and feed speed,on milling force,surface roughness and material removal rate were obtained.Taking milling force,surface roughness and material removal rate as the optimization objectives,a multi-objective optimization model was established and solved by genetic algorithm.The feasibility and reliability of the method were proved by practical experiments.The results show that the order of influence of milling parameters on milling force is as follows:back engagement>working engagement>speed of mainshaft>feed speed.The order of influence on surface roughness is feed speed>working engagement>back engagement>speed of mainshaft.The order of influence on material removal rate is as follows:back engagement>working engagement>feed speed>speed of mainshaft.Partial parameter group solution set obtained by genetic algorithm was selected for verification,and it is found that compared with the orthogonal test group,the value of each index was in a better position.
