摘要
在冶金轧钢领域,中小容量他励同步电动机应用广泛,以1450热轧E2立辊轧机为例,阐述交-直-交同步电动机变频调速系统的配置方案、控制功能图和关键技术、工程调试方法以及系统在轧钢时各参量的波形分析,该系统为中小容量同步电动机控制提供了可以自主掌控的解决方案。
In the field of metallurgical steel rolling, small and medium capacity separately excited synchronous motors are widely used. Taking 1450 hot-rolled E2 edger-rolls mill as an example, the configuration scheme,control function diagram,key technologies and engineering debugging methods of AC-DC-AC synchronous motor variable frequency speed regulation system are expounded, as well as the waveform analysis of various parameters in practical application of the system are expounded. This system provides a self-controlled solution for the control of small and medium capacity synchronous motors.
