摘要
目的观察自制通腹泻浊灌肠液对肾功能衰竭血液透析患者炎性因子及肾功能改善价值;方法选取本院收治的肾衰进行血液透析治疗患者96例,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组及灌肠组,对照组采用常规透析治疗,灌肠组采用自制通腹泻浊灌肠液治疗辅助血液透析,比较两组患者血清炎性因子、肾功能指标变化及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后CRP、AGEs、BUN、Scr与本组治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);灌肠组患者治疗后CRP、AGEs、BUN、Scr下降更多,有统计学意义(P<0.05);灌肠组患者总有效率为91.67%高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制通腹泻浊灌肠液用于肾衰血液透析患者,能够有效降低CRP、AGEs水平,促进肾功能指标恢复,有助于临床疗效改善。
