摘要
目的探讨对周围性面瘫患者行针灸护理的临床价值。方法择取我院在2018年1月—2019年1月所接收的76例周围性面瘫患者,将接受研究的患者按照数字随机表法分为两组,分别是针灸组和常规组(各38例)。针灸组采取针灸护理,常规组采取常规护理,收集并统计两组的总体有效率以及护理前后面部神经功能评分和舒适度评分。结果针灸组护理后的总体有效率35例(92.11%),显著高于常规组28例(73.68%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组护理前面部神经功能评分以及舒适度评分基本相近,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,护理后针灸组的面部神经功能评分以及舒适度评分均高于常规组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对周围性面瘫患者行针灸护理,促进了患者面部功能的恢复,提高了患者的舒适度。
Objective To explore the clinical value of acupuncture and moxibustion nursing for peripheral facial paralysis patients.Methods 76 patients with peripheral facial paralysis received in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the method of digital random table:acupuncture group and routine group(38 cases each).Acupuncture and moxibustion nursing was adopted in the acupuncture and moxibustion group,and routine nursing was adopted in the conventional group.The total effective rate,neurological function score and comfort score before and after nursing were collected and counted.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture group after nursing was 35 cases(92.11%),which was significantly higher than that of routine group of 28 cases(73.68%),P<0.05.The scores of nerve function and comfort degree in front of nursing in the two groups were similar,P>0.05.After nursing,the scores of facial nerve function and comfort degree in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion nursing for peripheral facial paralysis patients can promote the recovery of facial function and improve the comfort of patients.
