摘要
本试验以耐盐性辣椒品种P300和盐敏感性辣椒品种323F3为材料,研究盐胁迫对两者幼苗生长指标和叶片、根系中抗氧化保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、MDA及相对电导率的影响,以从生理生化角度进一步鉴定两者耐盐性的差别。结果表明,盐胁迫下,盐敏感品种(323F3)幼苗生长指标受抑制程度大于耐盐品种(P300),以地上部鲜重受抑制最大;耐盐品种幼苗叶片和根系中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量以及抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性都高于盐敏感品种;而盐敏感性品种幼苗叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量显著高于耐盐品种。综合认为,盐胁迫下耐盐性强的品种能够维持较高的抗氧化酶活性、积累较多的渗透调节物质,可以较好地缓解NaCl胁迫对辣椒幼苗造成的伤害,使植物体可以维持各种正常的代谢活动。
In this experiment,salt tolerant pepper variety P300 and salt sensitive pepper variety 323 F3 were used as materials to study the effects of salt stress on seedling growth indexes and antioxidant protective enzyme activities,contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,proline and MDA and relative conductivity in leaves and roots,so as to further identify the differences of salt tolerance between them from the perspective of physiology and biochemistry.The results showed that the seedling growth indexes of sensitive variety(323 F3)were inhibited more than those of salt tolerant variety(P300)under salt stress,and the inhibition of aboveground fresh weight was the strongest;the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and antioxidant enzyme(SOD,POD,CAT)activities in leaves and roots of salt tolerant variety were higher than those of salt sensitive variety;while,the relative conductivity and MDA content of salt sensitive variety were higher than those of salt tolerant variety.It was considered that the varieties with strong salt tolerance could maintain high antioxidant enzyme activities and accumulate more osmotic adjustment substances,which could alleviate the damage caused by NaCl stress on pepper seedlings and make the plants maintain various normal metabolic activities.
