臭氧氧化提高煤焦油产品质量的加氢催化研究

摘要 随着煤和石油原料加氢精制技术的发展,臭氧氧化成为提高产品收率和质量的重要途径之一。在纳米多相硫化钼催化剂存在下对煤焦油进行加氢精制换热低温臭氧氧化。煤焦油经臭氧化后,其组分发生了变化,芳烃产率提高,含硫化合物、有毒杂环芳烃和致癌多环芳烃含量显著降低,有利于提高煤焦油产品的质量。与同等条件下的其他工艺相比,臭氧氧化时间为35 min,加氢精制温度从350℃变化到450℃时的臭氧氧化有助于轻馏分和中馏分的生成,但没有臭氧化。在煤焦油的臭氧氧化时间为60 min和温度为400℃时馏分总收率达到最高值。当加氢精制温度在350~450℃范围内变化,臭氧氧化时间在30,60,90 min时,馏分的总收率和馏分的收率依次下降。研究结果可为臭氧氧化和加氢工艺在强化半焦煤焦油加工应用中提供依据。 With the development of hydrofining technology of coal and petroleum raw materials,the ozonation method has become one of the important ways to improve the product yield and quality.In the presence of nano heterogeneous molybdenum sulfide catalyst,coal tar was hydrotreated and oxidized by the low-temperature ozone.After ozonation,the components of coal tar changed.The yield of aromatics increased,and the contents of sulfur-containing compounds,toxic heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons decreased significantly.It is conducive to improving the quality of coal tar products.Compared with other processes under the same conditions,the ozonation time is 35 min,and the ozonation is conducive to the formation of light and middle fractions when the hydrofining temperature changes from 350℃to 450℃,but there is no ozonation.When the ozonation time of coal tar is 60 min and the temperature is 400℃,the total yield of the fraction reaches the highest value.When the hydrofining temperature varied from 350℃to 450℃and the ozonation time was 30,60 and 90 min,the total yield and the yield of the fractions decreased in turn.The research results can provide a basis for the application of ozone oxidation and hydrogenation process for the processing of semi coking coal tar.
