摘要
目的探讨板凳操运动干预对帕金森运动障碍患者步态、平衡能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月徐州医科大学附属医院神经内科住院帕金森运动障碍患者106例,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组53例,对照组患者行常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上行板凳操运动干预,比较两组患者干预后步态测试评分、平衡能力、日常生活活动能力(ADL)及帕金森生活质量评定量表(PDQ-39)评分。结果干预后观察组患者步态测试评分、平衡测试评分、ADL评分高于对照组,PDQ-39生活质量各维度及总均分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论板凳操运动干预能有效改善帕金森运动障碍患者步态及平衡能力,从而提高患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of bench exercise intervention on gait,balance ability and quality of life on patients with Parkinson dyskinesia.Methods A total of 106 inpatients with Parkinson dyskinesia in the department of neurology of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the principle of basic feature matching,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 53 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,the observation group received bench exercise intervention based on the control group.Gait test scores,balance ability,activities of daily living(ADL)and Parkinson quality of life disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)scores were compared between 2 groups after intervention.Results After intervention,patients'gait test score,balance test score,ADL score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than the control group,each dimension of PDQ-39 life quality and totaly mean scores were lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bench exercise intervention could effectively improve the gait and balance ability of patients with Parkinson dyskinesia and improve their quality of life.
