摘要
目的探讨优质护理在重症脑卒中患者早期康复中的应用效果。方法80例重症脑卒中患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理,比较两组的康复效果。结果护理后,两组的NIHSS评分均低于护理前,MMSE评分均高于护理前(P<0.05);观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的FMI评分、BI评分均高于护理前,且观察组的FMI评分、BI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论在重症脑卒中患者早期康复中采用优质护理,可显著提高患者的神经功能、记忆认知功能和日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in early rehabilitation of patients with severe stroke.Methods 80 patients with severe stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the MMSE scores were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the FMI score and BI score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the FMI score and BI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of high quality nursing in early rehabilitation of patients with severe stroke can significantly improve the neurological function,memory-cognitive function and daily living ability of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
