摘要
针对第一炼钢厂板坯连铸过程中因角缝夹钢而造成的漏钢、角部缺陷质量问题及非正常停浇情况,结合现场角缝夹钢发生原因,从结晶器使用制度制定和预防工具研发两个方面降低角缝夹钢发生率。实际生产情况表明,通过优化铜板及结晶器使用制度,在生产中辅以挡流板、挡流管、扁钢工具、石墨乳涂抹角缝等措施大大降低了角缝夹钢事故发生率。
Aiming at the problems of steel breakout,product corner defects and abnormal casting stoppage caused by the steel trapped in mould corner seams during slab continuous casting process of Steel-making Plant 1#,considering the reasons found on site,this paper intends to reduce the incidence of steel trapped in mould corner seams from two aspects of formulation of mould use system and development of preventive tools.The actual production shows that,by optimizing the use system of copper plates and moulds,and supplemented by measures such as baffle plates,baffle tubes,flat steel tools,and filling the seams with graphite emulsion and other measures,the incidence of steel trapped in mould corner seams has been greatly reduced.
