摘要
某电子装备平台热喷锌涂层体系在恶劣海洋环境下出现快速腐蚀失效。对腐蚀环境、涂层体系、腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行分析,计算腐蚀速率后,推测其腐蚀机理为恶劣海洋环境中涂料涂层中的气孔缺陷间歇性凝聚了高浓度的NaCl溶液,锌层在NaCl溶液中快速腐蚀并产生大量疏松的腐蚀产物,体积膨胀形成鼓包而造成涂层快速破坏。针对这一问题,给出了可行对策,如按相关标准完善涂层体系,通过雾喷的方式在热喷锌涂层喷涂封闭层,参照ISO 12944-6:2017(E)标准测试涂层耐久性。
The thermal spray zinc coating system on an electronic equipment platform experienced rapid corrosion failure in the harsh marine environment.The corrosion mechanism was presumed based on the analyses of corrosion environment,coating system,and corrosion products as well as the calculation of corrosion rate.It is believed that the intermittent condensation of high-concentration sodium chloride solution in the pore defects in the coating painted on the thermally sprayed zinc coating makes the zinc coating rust rapidly.The formation of a large number of loose corrosion products causes the volume expansion,forming bulges and finally resulting in a rapid destruction of the coating.Some feasible countermeasures were presented to solve this problem,such as improving the coating system based on some related standards,preparing a seal layer on the thermally sprayed zinc coating by mist spraying method,and testing the durability of coating according to the ISO 12944-6:2017(E)standard.
