摘要
矿井提升钢丝绳是矿井提升系统的重要组成部分,是连接提升容器和传递动力的重要部件,钢丝绳的损伤、失效,不仅对提升系统的安全构成威胁,也导致钢丝绳的使用寿命大大缩短、增加生产运营成本、降低企业的综合经济效益。文章较为详细地分析了矿井提升钢丝绳在实际生产运行过程中的失效形式,主要机械损伤类型及其损伤机理,根据分析结果,有针对性地提出了减缓或消除这些机械损伤的防治措施,从而延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,提高了提升系统的安全性。通过实例分析,说明了针对性防治措施的有效性。
Mine hoisting rope, as an important part of mine hoisting system, is an important part connecting elevated containers and the transmit power. Wire rope damage and failure not only pose a threat to the safety of the hoisting system, but also lead to greatly reduced service life of the rope, increased operating costs, and lowered comprehensive economic benefits of the enterprise. This paper analyzes in detail mine hoisting cable failure modes during real operation, the main types and the mechanism of mechanical damage. Control measures are put forward accordingly to mitigate or eliminate those mechanical damages based on the analysis results, hence the service life of steel wire can be prolonged and the safety of hoisting system can be enhanced. The effectiveness of the proposed prevention and control measures is illustrated through case analysis.
