摘要
随着我国经济发展进入新阶段,各行各业对技术技能型人才的需求越来越迫切,职业教育的重要地位和作用越来越凸显,同时面临着新的挑战。为落实“职教20条”要求,河北建材职业技术学院电子商务专业积极申报1+X证书试点,并推进落实。本文以河北建材职业技术学院电子商务专业为例,探索基于1+X证书制度、课证融通、校企合作的人才培养模式改革过程中的问题及对策。
With China’s development entering a new stage,various industries have an increasingly urgent demand for skilled talents,which highlights the important position and role of vocational education with new challenges.In order to implement the requirements of the“20 Vocational Education”requirements,e-commerce major of Hebei Construction Material Vocational and Technical College has actively applied for the 1+X certificate pilot program and promoted its implementation.This paper takes the e-commerce major of Hebei Construction Material Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore the problems and countermeasures in the reform of the talent training model based on 1+X certificate system,course certificate integration,and university-enterprise cooperation.
