摘要
随着我国生产力水平的不断提升,社会对专业化综合性人才的需求越来越高。工匠精神是我国民族精神和社会主义核心价值观的重要体现。在高校思政课堂中,教师应当为学生阐释工匠精神的时代内涵,并且让学生深入了解在高校思政课堂中学习工匠精神的现实意义。在具体教学过程中,教师可通过榜样引领、职业教学、主题讲座等方式,引导学生传承和发扬工匠精神,培育学生精益求精的工匠品质。该文具体探究了工匠精神融入高校思政课的现实途径,为学生今后的职业发展奠定坚实的基础。
With increasing level of productivity in China,the society is badly in need of specialized comprehensive talents.The craftsmanship spirit is an important embodiment of Chinese national spirit and core socialist values.Teachers of the course of ideological and political theories in colleges and universities should expound the connotation of the craftsmanship spirit in this era and make students deeply understand its realistic significance.Teachers can guide them to inherit and promote the craftsmanship spirit as well as cultivating their craftsmanship quality of keeping on improving in the teaching process by means of leading models,vocational teaching and theme lectures.This paper probes into realistic ways of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the course of ideological and political theories in colleges and universities,to lay a solid foundation for students'future career development.
