贵州产区黄肉猕猴桃品种及优系溃疡病抗性评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of Canker Resistance on Yellow-fleshed Kiwifruit Cultivars and Superior Lines in Guizhou

摘要 评价贵州产区黄肉猕猴桃品种及优系对溃疡病的抗性表现,为猕猴桃抗病品种的利用提供理论依据。本研究调查溃疡病高发园黄肉猕猴桃品种‘金艳’、‘金桃’、‘金怡’、‘华优’、优系‘13-3-14’、‘13-6-7’、‘13-6-11’、‘13-11-21’病情指数,并采用枝条离体划伤接种,对品种‘金桃’、‘华优’、优系‘13-3-14’、‘13-6-7’、‘13-6-11’、‘13-11-21’进行室内抗性鉴定,初步评价黄肉品种及优系抗性表现;同时对无病优势区黄肉主导品种‘金艳’、‘Hort16A’进行室内抗性鉴定;比较优势区及新生产区黄肉易感品种‘Hort16A’接菌后菌斑生长情况。结果发现在贵阳市乌当区百宜镇拐比村,溃疡病高发果园内,品种及优系抗病性差异显著,田间抗性鉴定中,优系‘13-3-14’、‘13-6-7’、‘13-6-11’、‘13-11-21’表现为中抗,‘华优’表现为感病,‘金艳’、‘金桃’、‘金怡’表现为高感;室内抗性鉴定则发现‘金桃’接菌后病斑发展最快,其长度显著区别于‘华优’及优系‘13-3-14’、‘13-6-7’、‘13-6-11’、‘13-11-21’;品种‘Hort16A’在优生区米箩病斑长度小于新生区清镇红枫湖;在优生区米箩‘金艳’、‘红阳’病斑长度大于‘Hort16A’。综上研究,在黄肉品种中,‘华优’抗性表现最好,‘金怡’、‘金桃’次之、‘金艳’抗性最低、黄肉猕猴桃优系溃疡病抗性高于‘金艳’。同一品种在不同区域抗性表现区别明显,同一区域不同品种抗性差异明显,‘金艳’抗性表现与高感品种‘红阳’相似甚至不及,‘Hort16A’抗性表现显著优于二者。表明在产业布局中品种和种植区选择的重要性。研究结果可为贵州猕猴桃尤其是黄肉猕猴桃生产布局、品种选育提供参考。 To evaluate the resistance performance of yellow-fleshed kiwifruit cultivars and superior lines to canker disease in Guizhou,and to provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of disease-resistant kiwifruit cultivars.The disease index of the yellow-fleshed kiwifruit cultivars’Jinyan’,’Jintao’,’Jinyi’,’Huayou’,superior lines’13-3-14’,’13-6-7’,of’13-6-11’and’13-11-21’was investigated,and the in vitro branches inoculation of bacterial suspension of Psa,were used in cultivars’Jintao’,’Huayou’,superior lines’13-3-14’,and’13-6-7’,’13-6-11’,and’13-11-21’for indoor resistance identification,the resistance performance of yellow-fleshed cultivars and superior lines were preliminarily evaluated;at the same time,in the disease-free area,the indoor resistance identification on dominant yellow-fleshed cultivars’Jinyan’and’Hort16 A’were evaluated;the indoor resistance identification of yellow-fleshed susceptible cultivar’Hort16 A’from advantage area and new production area were done.It was found that there were significant differences in disease resistance between cultivars and superior lines in high-inci-dence orchards.In the field resistance identification,the lines’13-3-14’,’13-6-7’,’13-6-11’,and’13-11-21’showed moderate resistance,’Huayou’showed susceptibility,’Jinyan’,’Jintao’,and’Jinyi’showed high susceptibility;the indoor resistance identification showed that after inoculation,the lesion in’Jintao’is the longest,which is significantly different from’Huayou’and the superior lines’13-3-14’,’13-6-7’,’13-6-11’,and’13-11-21’;in cultivar’Hort16 A’,the length of lesion of branches from advantage area Miluo is shorter than that of Hongfeng Lake in Qingzhen;in advantage area Miluo,the length of the lesion in’Jinyan’and’Hongyang’is longer than that of’Hort16 A’.In the cultivars and superior lines tested,there are obvious differences in resistance.Among the cultivars,’Huayou’has the best resistance,followed by’Jinyi’and’Jintao’,’Jinyan’has the lowest resistance,and yellow-fleshed kiwifruit superior lines has higher resistance to canker disease,compared with’Jinyan’.The resistance performance of the same variety in different regions is obviously different,and the resistance performance of different varieties in the same region is obvious.The resistance performance of’Jinyan’is similar to or even inferior to that of the highly susceptible variety’Hongyang’,and the resistance performance of’Hort16 A’is significantly better.It shows that the selection of cultivars and planting area is an effective way to avoid the harm of kiwi fruit canker.Which provides a reference for the cultivation of kiwifruit,especially yellow fleshed kiwifruit,as well as kiwifruit breeding in Guizhou.
