摘要
随着信息化进程的不断加速,高校的档案信息管理也不断优化,推进档案信息化进行以及数字化档案室的建设成为了高校工作的重点。只有推进档案的信息化管理,才能够实现学生档案的云管理,尽可能地提高工作效率,对高校档案信息化及数字化档案室建设进行了探究。
With the accelerating process of informatization,the information management of archives in colleges and universities is also optimized.Promoting the informatization of archives and the construction of digital archives room has become the main part of the work in colleges and universities.Only by promoting the information management of archives,can the cloud management of student archives be realized and the work efficiency be improved as much as possible.Based on this point,this paper explores the construction of college archives information and digital archives room.
