摘要
介绍了一种轨道交通减振装置用非标螺栓的连接结构及其在预应力状态下组对进行压拉式静态拉拔和疲劳试验的试验方法,研究了疲劳载荷、常规载荷和极限载荷对拉拔性能的影响。有限元分析结果表明:该试验方法设计合理,能准确反映出螺栓的力学性能,且试验结果与分析结果基本一致,满足试验要求。
This paper introduces a connection structure of non-standardized bolts for rail transit damping device,and its test method of static pull-out and fatigue test under prestress state.The influence of fatigue load,conventional load and ultimate load on pull-out performance is studied.The finite element analysis results show that the design of the new test method is reasonable,which can accurately reflect the mechanical properties of the bolt.The test and analysis results are basically consistent,which meets the test requirements.
