瓦斯抽采系统二元气体流动与负压 不匹配特性研究 被引量:2

Research on mismatch characteristics between binary gas flowand negative pressure in gas drainage system

摘要 针对管网有源漏风造成的煤层瓦斯抽采系统“病态”或“亚健康”运行现象,建立了有源漏气下瓦斯抽采系统瓦斯-空气二元气体瞬态流动模型,实例模拟揭示了煤层瓦斯抽采系统气体流量、浓度和抽采负压随时间的演变规律,重点研究了煤层瓦斯渗流特征和钻孔封孔质量对瓦斯抽采效果的影响。结果表明:瓦斯衰减系数和钻场漏气阻力系数均与抽采系统负压演化正相关,与气体抽采混合流量和瓦斯浓度演化负相关;最后,探讨了瓦斯抽采系统负压自然分配特征与阀门调控对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,揭示了当前瓦斯抽采系统无法解决负压与抽采参数按需自适应匹配调控的工程难题。 Aiming at the"morbid"or"sub-healthy"operating characteristics of the coal seam gas drainage system caused by the active air leakage of pipe network,a transient flow model of gas-air binary gas in gas extraction system under active leakage was established,which revealed the evolution rule of gas flow,concentration and suction negative pressure in the coal seam gas drainage system over time,and the influence of coal seam gas seepage characteristics and borehole sealing quality on the effect of gas drainage was focused on.The results showed that gas attenuation coefficient and drilling site air leakage resistance coefficient were positively correlated with the negative pressure evolution of drainage system,and negatively correlated with the gas drainage mixed flow and gas concentration.The influence of the negative pressure natural distribution characteristics and valve regulation of gas drainage system on the effect of gas drainage was discussed,revealing that the current gas drainage system could not solve the engineering problem of adaptive matching and regulation of negative pressure and drainage parameters on demand.
