摘要
低温启动问题一直是阻碍燃料电池汽车(FCV)大规模推广应用的原因之一,而有效的能量管理策略可以对FCV的低温启动过程进行优化。研究了一款燃料电池商用车在低温启动中的能量流控制策略,并通过试验对该车辆的电压和电流进行了测试,分析了FCV在低温启动中的能量流。结果表明FCV在低温启动时需要燃料电池和动力电池同时配合工作,并且燃料电池稳定运行后可以为动力电池进行充电。应优化FCV能量管理策略,使燃料电池产生的能量尽可能地向其它附件倾斜,提高车辆的能量利用效率。
Cold start problem is always an obstacle to fuel cell vehicles(FCV)for large-scale popularization and application,and effective energy management strategy can optimize the cold start process of FCV.This paper studied the energy flow control strategy in cold start of a fuel cell commercial vehicle,tested the voltage and current of this vehicle through experiments,and analyzed the energy flow of FCV in cold start.The results showed that when FCV started at low temperature,the fuel cell and power cell need to work together at the same time,and the fuel cell can charge the power cell when stable operation.The FCV energy management strategy shall be optimized to tilt the energy generated by the fuel cell to other accessories as much as possible,so as to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the vehicle.
