摘要
针对人工港口发展中遇到的航道通过能力瓶颈问题,提出了复式航道解决方案。依托天津港水域情况,研究了复式航道断面设计、交通组织模式及复式航道的通航规则等关键问题。经实践验证,该方案可提高航道通过能力,提升航道通过效率,可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
Aiming at the bottleneck problem of channel capacity in the development of artificial ports,a solution of compound channel was proposed.In view of the water area of Tianjin Port,the key issues such as cross-section design,traffic organization mode,and navigation rules of compound channel were studied.It is proved by practice that the scheme can improve the channel capacity and efficiency,and can provide reference for similar projects.
