模糊层次分析法在液力缓速器制动性能综合评价中应用 被引量:3

摘要 液力缓速器的制动性能对重型车辆的安全性和经济性至关重要,但目前尚缺乏对液力缓速制动性能的客观和科学的综合评价。针对这一现状,通过分析国家标准、市场需求和技术性能约束等诸多影响因素,构建了液力缓速器制动性能评价指标的层次模型,采用模糊层次分析法确定各个层次的评价指标权重,在专家经验知识的基础上采用模糊判定矩阵,对3种型号液力缓速器制动性能进行综合评价试验,确定各型液力缓速器相应的评价指标值,并将其与已确定的权重系数相结合,得到评价对象的综合评价值。实例表明:采用模糊层次分析法对液力缓速器系列产品进行制动性能综合评价合理可行,能够为其后续液力缓速器结构优化设计及控制参数优选提供决策依据。 The braking performance of hydrodynamic retarders is critical for safety and cost of heavy-duty vehicles.However,there is no consistent and authoritative standard on the objective and the scientific comprehensive evaluation of the braking performance of hydrodynamic retarders.In view of this situation,this paper constructs a hierarchical model for braking performance evaluation criteria of hydrodynamic retarders according to the national standard,the market demand and the technical constraints.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the weights of the evaluation criteria at each level,and the theory of fuzzy mathematics is considered based on experts'experience and knowledge.Comprehensive evaluation tests are carried out on the braking performance of three different types of hydrodynamic retarders,and the corresponding criteria values of each hydrodynamic retarder are determined and combined with the given weight coefficients,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the evaluation object is obtained.The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the braking performance of hydrodynamic retarders.And the evaluation system of braking performance provides a decision-making basis for structure optimization design and control parameter optimization of subsequent hydrodynamic retarders.
