摘要
聚氨酯材料是目前应用最广泛的一种高分子材料,具有微相分离结构,力学性能优异,成为近年来本征自修复材料的研究热点。介绍自修复聚氨酯的种类、自修复机理,可逆共价键的类型和聚氨酯自修复表征和量化方法。综述基于可逆双硫键、可逆Dieal-Alder反应、可逆酰腙键、可逆C—ON键等不同可逆共价键的本征型自修复聚氨酯材料的研究进展。讨论不同种类可逆共价键、填料、工艺及结构对材料的自修复性能的增强,对材料力学性能、电学性能等影响。提出自修复聚氨酯材料目前存在的问题和面对的挑战,指出探索自修复过程机理、创造和选择更优的自修复方式、降低反应条件仍然值得深入研究。
Polyurethane material is one of the most widely used polymer materials, which has a microphase separation structure and excellent mechanical properties. Polyurethane material is a research focus of intrinsic self-healing materials in recent years. The types, mechanisms, types of reversible covalent bonds, characterization and quantification methods of self-healing polyurethanes were introduced. The research progress of intrinsic self-healing polyurethane materials based on different reversible covalent bonds, such as reversible disulfide bond, reversible Dieal-Alder reaction, reversible hydrazone bond, reversible C—ON bond was reviewed. The effects of different kinds of reversible covalent bonds, fillers,processes and structures on the enhancement of self-healing properties and other mechanical and electrical properties of materials were discussed. The existing problems and challenges of self-healing polyurethane materials are proposed. It is still worth further study to explore the mechanism of self-healing process, create and select better self-healing methods,and reduce reaction conditions.
