摘要
研究发现泛素-蛋白酶体系统具有重要的泛素化与去泛素化功能,参与许多细胞生物学过程。去泛素化酶是真核细胞中泛素-蛋白酶体系统重要组成部分,可以直接或间接影响炎症、凋亡以及增殖等细胞活动,并调控动脉粥样硬化的进程。鉴于去泛素化酶的重要性,本文综述了去泛素化酶在动脉粥样硬化中的作用及其机制,为临床动脉粥样硬化的诊治提供依据。
Studies have found that the ubiquitin-proteasome system plays an important role in both ubiquitination and deubiquitination,and involves in many cell biological processes.As an important part of the ubiquitin-proteasome system in eukaryotic cells,deubiquitinating enzyme can directly or indirectly affect inflammation,apoptosis,proliferation and other cellular activities,and regulate the process of atherosclerosis.In view of the importance of deubiquitinating enzyme,this article reviews the role and mechanism of deubiquitinating enzyme in atherosclerosis,providing evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis.
