摘要
非洲猪瘟是一种急性、出血性烈性传染病,对公共卫生安全和养猪业构成重大威胁,并给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。目前尚无有效疫苗预防该病。因此,开展非洲猪瘟的中兽医辨证与预防思路研究与探讨意义重大。本文在中兽医药学理论指导下,运用瘟病学原理系统分析了非洲猪瘟的发病特点与病理机制,阐明了非洲猪瘟高热是邪闭脉络,阳气郁滞导致的郁热;在传承温病学家叶天士"卫气营血辨证"基础上,提出了"卫气同根,营血同源,本为一宗,阴阳并行"的观点;在组方选药上突出辨证论治,药味选用价廉易取,易于推广应用。从中兽医辨证、中兽医预防思路、有效方剂组成等方面,提供中兽医药防控非洲猪瘟的新思路。
African swine fever(ASF) is an acute,hemorrhagic and severe infectious disease.It had been threatening the sustainable development of the pig breeding industry in China along with significant impact on public health safety and huge economic losses.In the absence of an effective vaccine,it is of great significance to elucidate the strategy of the prevention of ASF disease from the perspective of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation.Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese veterinary pharmacy,the authors systematically elucidated the pathogenesis and pathological feature of African swine fever disease following the principles of Warm disease,and further proposed three novel viewpoints in line with the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine:ASF hyperthermia is a heat stagnation induced by pathogenic blockage of meridians and Yang-Qi stagnation in reference to the principles of universe-human correspondence,fixed-path of Yang-Qi,and portal control;Quoting the TCM classics,on the basis of the theory “syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue”created by YE Tianshi,expert in Warm disease,the authors put forward the view that“Wei and Qi share same root,Ying and Xue stem from one origin,Yin and Yang are paralleled”;the principles of syndrome differentiation and selection of inexpensive and easy-to-obtain medicine are applied to create ASF specific medicine.The possibility of ASF prevention via the approach of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine was addressed from TCM syndrome differentiation,timing of effective prevention,establishment of prevention and control rules,and the selection of effective prescriptions.Taken together,this manuscript has guiding significance for production practice and highlights the broad prospects of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine on the ASF prevention.
