摘要
在“双一流”建设的新格局中,高等教育国际化已经成为推动高校发展的重要手段,也是国家提升综合国力、实施国家战略的重要途径。留学研究生教育从规模扩张转向内涵式发展,进入“提质增效”“协同创新”“规范管理”时期。通过对留学研究生协同创新的培养路径进行研究,提出留学研究生培养模式,提高留学研究生培养质量,统筹推进留学生教育改革发展。
Internationalization of higher education under the background of"Double First-class"has become an important means to promote the development of colleges.It is also an important way for the country to enhance comprehensive national strength and competitiveness,and implement national strategies.The international postgraduate education in China turns from scale expansion to connotative Development.It has entered upon a new period of"quality improvement and efficiency enhancement","collaborative innovation"and"standardized administration".This paper analyzes the current situation of international postgraduate education in China,and puts forward some measures to construct the collaborative and innovative training path in order to promote the reform and development of the international student education in China.
