摘要
目的探讨白内障超声乳化术结合中医治疗膨胀期白内障继发青光眼的疗效,为临床后续治疗提供参考。方法选择2020年8月~2021年8月我院眼科收治的80例膨胀期白内障继发青光眼患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用白内障超声乳化术治疗,实验组在白内障超声乳化术治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和临床指标(包括眼压、中央前房深度、术后视力平均值)。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的眼压为(12.26±1.03)mmHg低于对照组的(18.13±0.94)mmHg,术后视力平均值为(0.89±0.19)高于对照组的(0.75±0.12),中央前房深度为(3.14±0.39)mm高于对照组的(2.93±0.48)mm,组间各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论膨胀期白内障继发青光眼患者采用白内障超声乳化术结合中医治疗可提高临床疗效,有利于患者的视力恢复,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with dilatant cataract and glaucoma,so as to provide reference for clinical follow-up treatment.Methods 80 patients with dilated cataract and secondary glaucoma admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 as the research object,they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification for cataract.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of phacoemulsification treatment,and compared the treatment effects and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients.The clinical observation indicators included intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth,and average postoperative visual acuity.Results The results showed that the treatment effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 72.5%.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients with dilatant cataract and secondary glaucoma found that the intraocular pressure of the test group was(12.26±1.03)mmHg,which was lower than the control group(18.13±0.94)mmHg;the average postoperative visual acuity was(0.89±0.19),Higher than the control group(0.75±0.12);the central anterior chamber depth was(3.14±0.39)mm,higher than the control group(2.93±0.48)mm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion For patients with dilatant cataract and secondary glaucoma,the use of phacoemulsification combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical efficacy,help the patient's vision recovery,and also improve the patient's quality of life.
